Broadens the definition of resident for
game and fish licensing purposes.
History
Current statue defines resident, for the purpose of applying for a license, permit, tag or stamp to take or handle wildlife, as: 1) a member of the armed forces that is on active duty and meets other specified requirements; or 2) a person that does not claim residency in any other state and has been residing in Arizona for six months before applying for a license (A.R.S. § 17-101).
Provisions
1. Includes youth that reside with and are under guardianship of an adult that is a resident in the definition of resident. (Sec. 1)
