History

A.R.S. 36-3201 defines health care provider as a natural person who is licensed under Title 32 in medicine or surgery, nursing, osteopathic physicians and surgery, or physician assistants; an organization licensed under this title that renders health care designed to prevent, diagnose or treat illness or injury and that employs persons who are licensed under Title 32; a hospice that is licensed under this title as a healthcare institution.

Provisions

1.       Amends the definition of health care provider to include licensed dentists. (Sec. 1)
