Page 87, between lines 37 and 38, insert:
"Sec. 148. Appropriation; department of economic security; childcare assistance
A. In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2019‑2020, the sum of $84,482,900 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2019‑2020 to the department of economic security for childcare assistance.
B. The appropriation made in subsection A of this section is exempt from the provisions of section 35‑190, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to lapsing of appropriations."
