AN ACT
amending Title 3, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 3-109.03; relating to the department of agriculture.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 3, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 3-109.03, to read:
3-109.03. Department review; applications; rural e‑Connectivity pilot program
A person who is eligible to apply for the rural e‑Connectivity pilot program established pursuant to section 779 of the consolidated appropriations act, 2018 (P.L. 115–141; 132 Stat. 348) may request that the department review the person's application for accuracy. The department may not deny an applicant's request pursuant to this section.
