appropriating monies to the department of administration.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; department of administration; Navajo technical university environmental testing laboratory

The sum of $6,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2019-2020 to the department of administration to distribute to the Navajo technical university to develop and construct an environmental testing laboratory on the university campus in Chinle, Arizona.
