AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
1. Conforms language
relating to restoration of civil rights of a circulator to existing language
relating to restoration of civil rights in order to be a qualified voter.
2. States that a legal
challenge to the lawful registration of a circulator must be commenced within
10 business days of when the Secretary of State’s Office has received,
processed and made available all final petition sheets individually numbered.
