AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
1. Requires the State
Treasurer to distribute monies from the Arizona Works Community College Grant
Fund to community colleges based on the cost of tuition and fees, after all
other financial aid, for all students who meet the outlined eligibility
requirements.
2. Requires community
college districts to cooperate with and provide the State Treasurer with all
information necessary to disburse Grant monies to eligible students.
