HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AMENDMENTS TO H.B. 2430

Strike everything after the enacting clause and insert:
"Section 1. Title 36, chapter 1, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 36-146, to read:
36-146. Mobile food establishments; rules; uniform health and safety licensing standards; county reciprocity; definition
A. The director shall adopt rules to establish uniform health and safety licensing standards that shall be used by each county in this state when licensing a mobile food establishment. Each county in this state shall grant reciprocity to a mobile food establishment that is licensed by a county health department.
b. for the purposes of this section, "mobile food establishment":
1. Means a mobile operation that stores, prepares, packages, serves, vends or otherwise provides food for human consumption.
2. Does not include a mobile food unit as defined in section 36‑1751."
