HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AMENDMENTS TO S.B. 1520

Strike everything after the enacting clause and insert:
"Section 1. Appropriation; Arizona department of agriculture; dairy inspectors; lapsing of appropriation
A. The sum of $137,000 and 1 FTE position are appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2019-2020 to the Arizona department of agriculture for personal services, employee-related expenditures, salary increases and related expenditures for dairy inspectors.
B. The appropriation made in subsection A of this section is exempt from the provisions of section 35-190, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to lapsing of appropriations."
