Page 1, strike lines 14 through 17, insert:

"Sec. 2. Laws 2018, chapter 335, section 3 is amended to read:

Sec. 3. Effective date

Section 15-459, Arizona Revised Statutes, as amended by section 2 of this act, is effective from and after December 31, 2020 2022."

Amend title to conform

And, as so amended, it do pass
