HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AMENDMENTS TO S.B. 1020

Strike everything after the enacting clause and insert:
"Section 1. Appropriation; Navajo county community college district; public safety and emergency services training facility; exemption
A. The sum of $1,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2019-2020 to the Navajo county community college district to construct and operate a public safety and emergency services training facility under the control of northland pioneer college.
B. The appropriation made in subsection A of this section is exempt from the provisions of section 35-190, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to lapsing of appropriations."
