SENATE AMENDMENTS TO S.B. 1005

Strike everything after the enacting clause and insert:
"Section 1. Appropriation; city of Mesa; exemption
A. The sum of $1,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in each of fiscal years from 2018-2019 through 2023-2024 to the city of Mesa for expanding eastward along valley metro bus route 30, or a viable alternate bus route, to Ironwood road.
B. The appropriations made in subsection A of this section are exempt from the provision of section 35-190, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to lapsing appropriations."
