"E. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, sandbox participants are not subject to title 6 or 20 or title 44, chapter 13.
F. The attorney general may determine that certain provisions of title 6 or 20 or title 44, chapter 13 apply to a sandbox participant. If the attorney general makes this determination and approves an application for entry into the regulatory sandbox, the attorney general must notify the sandbox participant of the specific provisions of title 6 or 20 or title 44, chapter 13 that will apply to the sandbox participant."

"C. The attorney general may require that a sandbox participant make additional disclosures to consumers. when the attorney general approves an application for entry into the regulatory sandbox, The attorney general shall notify the sandbox participant of the additional disclosures."
