AN ACT

 

appropriating monies to the department of child safety.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; family and drug abuse prevention counseling services

The sum of $5,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2018-2019 to the department of child safety for family counseling services and drug abuse prevention counseling services.
