AN ACT
amending title 3, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 3-108.01; relating to department of agriculture.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 3, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 3-108.01, to read:
3-108.01. Appropriations; livestock officers and inspectors
In addition to any other monies appropriated each fiscal year, the following sums are appropriated from the following funds in each fiscal year to the department for personal services and employee-related expenditures, including salary increases and retention bonuses, for livestock officers and inspectors:
1. $100,000 from the state general fund.
2. $20,000 from the livestock custody trust fund established by section 3-1377.
3. $80,000 from the Agriculture designated/donations fund established pursuant to section 35-142.
