Page 2, strike lines 42 and 43, insert:
"3. Shall allow local education agencies to choose an assessment from the menu of assessments prescribed in section 15-741.02 or the statewide assessment prescribed in subsection a, paragraph 2 of this section. Local education agencies that choose an assessment from the menu will receive the funds they would have received if the local education agency administered the statewide assessment."
