AMENDMENT EXPLANATION

Removes
the requirement for a supervising dentist to be within 10 miles of the practice
setting.
2. Requires dental therapy
education programs to emphasize treatment methods that reduce the need for
analgesics.
3. Requires dental
practices to disclose whether the patient is scheduled to see the dentist or
dental therapist.
4. Makes a technical
change.
