HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AMENDMENTS TO H.B. 2420

Strike everything after the enacting clause and insert:

"Section 1.  Title 41, chapter 3, article 7, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 41-609.01, to read:

START_STATUTE41-609.01.  Appropriation; veterans' benefit counseling

In addition to any other appropriations made each fiscal year, the sum of $200,000 and three FTE positions are appropriated from the state general fund in each fiscal year to the department for veterans' benefit counseling.END_STATUTE"

Amend title to conform

and, as so amended, it do pass
