FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION

 

 

The Yarbrough #2 Floor amendment does the following:

 

Specifies that veterinary records pertaining to an investigation regarding suspicion that a person is attempting to obtain a controlled substance fraudulently must be provided to law enforcement on request.
