AN ACT

 

repealing laws 2014, second special session, chapter 1, section 161; relating to the conveyance of buildings.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Repeal

Laws 2014, second special session, chapter 1, section 161 is repealed.

Sec. 2.  Building and land; department of economic security

The ownership of the land and building located at 1717 West Jefferson Street in Phoenix shall remain with the department of economic security, which has continued to occupy and maintain these assets.
