AN ACT
amending section 35-494, arizona revised statutes; relating to state bond contracts.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Section 35-494, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
35-494. Contracts as long‑term obligations
Contracts for employing registrars and paying agents made pursuant to this article are deemed to be long‑term obligations within the meaning of article IX, sections 18 and 19, Constitution of Arizona.
