I move the following SUBSTITUTE Floor amendment to the HEALTH Committee
amendment to
HOUSE BILL 2490 (Reference to printed bill)
Page 1, line 8, strike "OR A CHIROPRACTOR"
Between lines 19 and 20, insert:
"(c) a utilization review agent shall have a licensed chiropractor SUPERVISE or conduct utilization review activities FOR HEALTH care services that are within the chiropractor's scope of practice pursuant to title 32, chapter 8."
