"Sec. 2. Charles Keating IV Peak; dedication
When dedicating the Charles Keating IV Peak, Maricopa County Parks Department shall recognize that:
1. The Sierra Estrella Mountain Range is a sacred place and the traditional cultural property of the Gila River Indian Community.
2. The Sierra Estrella Mountain Range is of high priority to the Gila River Indian Community and the cultural heritage of the Akimel O'otham (Pima) and the Pee-Posh (Maricopa) people and has a unique cultural and spiritual significance to this community.
3. The people of this state are grateful for the cultural contributions of this native tribe to this state's rich heritage."
