Purpose (For more information see Fact Sheet): Subject to voter approval, amends the Constitution of Arizona to allow urban state trust land to be conveyed to a county, city or town for permanent conservation, and up to 400,000 acres of rural state trust land to be conveyed for permanent conservation to the county in which the land is located.
