HB 2592     school buildings; developer partnerships

 

Purpose (For more information see Fact Sheet): Permits school district governing boards to enter into partnership agreements with other parties to design and construct new school facilities contingent upon the approval of the School Facilities Board. Authorizes, until December 31, 2007, a minor boundary adjustment upon the approval of only the receiving school district governing board if a petition is initially rejected by the school district governing board in which the petitioners reside.
