HB 2083 drought emergency groundwater transfers

HB 2699 child prostitution; classification
Purpose (For more information see Fact Sheet): Eliminates the defense to engaging in child prostitution with a minor who is 15, 16 or 17 years of age if the defendant did not know the age of the minor, and instead classifies that offense as a class 6 felony. Increases the term of imprisonment for a person who engages in child prostitution with a minor the person knows is 15, 16 or 17 years of age. Eliminates the statute of limitations for civil actions brought by persons subjected to sexual offenses, including child prostitution, as a minor.

SB 1409 motion picture production tax credits
