8-804.03. DCS information; central registry information; board of fingerprinting

Notwithstanding any other law, the department shall provide all DCS information and all information in the central registry established pursuant to section 8-804 that is required by the board of fingerprinting to the board of fingerprinting for the purpose of determining central registry exceptions pursuant to section 41-619.57.
