48-7050. District formation period; termination; bonds; applicability

A. The authority may not issue a formation order for a district under this chapter after June 30, 2036.

B. This section does not affect the continued existence, powers or operations of any district that is formed under this chapter on or before June 30, 2036.

C. This section does not impair the validity or enforceability of any bonds or other obligations issued or incurred by a district that is formed under this chapter on or before June 30, 2036, or any pledge of taxes, assessments or other revenues made to secure those bonds or obligations.
