Home City: Kingman Occupation: Dentist Member Since: 2015 |
|
I have been a resident of Kingman Arizona. for 21 years after graduating with a D.D.S. degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1993. I currently own two dental practices in Kingman. I have raised two daughters in our community, both attended public schools and ASU. My husband Jim was born and raised in Arizona. and graduated from ASU. I have served our community for the last 21 years. The most recent was legislative liaison for the Chamber of Commerce. I served 1994 to 2004 as a board member and President in 2003. I also served committees within the school district and city. My legislative background began years before my presidency as the Arizona Dental Association in 2009. I have chaired our Council on Government Affairs for Arizona. for six years and currently with the ADA. The last six years have been the most difficult economic time in my life and I think my family is a good representation of most families. I moved to Arizona. to work hard for my family as well as hunt, recreate, and enjoy the amenities that our beautiful state has to offer. The government and the regulatory agents want to economically hurt us and take away the lifestyle that we love in Arizona. The ACA, immigration reform, and proposed EPA regulations are all examples of this. As your State representative, I have and will work to restore our state's economic and cultural vibrancy as well as the lifestyle we have all worked so hard to maintain. |
