Representative Vince Leach is originally from Wisconsin, graduating from the University of Wisconsin-St. Point with degrees in both political science and history. He currently lives in SaddleBrooke, Arizona with his wife Charlene and is very active in the state's political arena.

A public servant at heart, Representative Leach has been involved with his local school board, the Arizona Department of Transportation, the Senate and the House of Representatives, the Arizona Corporation Commission, and the Arizona Independent Redistricting Commission. He was also very active in several Republican campaigns during the 2010 and the 2012 election cycles. Throughout his service in Arizona government, Mr. Leach has celebrated many successes, including:
  • Passage of SB 1540 (2011), which is a political rights bill that classifies the removal, altering, or defacing of political mailers, handouts, flyers or other printed materials of a candidate for public office as a Class 2 misdemeanor.
  • Passage of SB 1543 (2011) an investment update bill that exempts first mortgage bonds issued by churches and affiliated religious schools from the registration requirements
  • Action for stoplight SR77 (Oracle road) and Eagle Crest Road.
  • Action to fund SaddleBrooke lighting at Edwin Road Gate.
In addition to all of his work on behalf of the State of Arizona, Mr. Leach is a Vietnam era veteran, has more than 35 years of sales and executive business management experience, and is an active member of Catalina Foothills Church.
