Representative Vince Leach is originally from Wisconsin, graduating from the University of Wisconsin-St. Point with degrees in both political science and history. He currently lives in SaddleBrooke, Arizona with his wife Charlene and is very active in the state's political arena.
A public servant at heart, Representative Leach has been involved with his local school board, the Arizona Department of Transportation, the Senate and the House of Representatives, the Arizona Corporation Commission, and the Arizona Independent Redistricting Commission.
