Adam was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona and works as a financial consultant. He earned his B.A. (Cum Laude) from Tulane University and a master’s degree in Economics from George Mason University.

Adam’s understanding of the legislative process and the importance of limited government comes from his time working at the Cato Institute’s Center for Constitutional Studies and on Capitol Hill. Adam founded his own economic consulting firm in 2009, advising both private companies and political clients.

Adam has served as an assistant to the CEO for the Carondelet Health Network, where he researched and reported on community leadership involvement in healthcare accessibility in Southern Arizona. Prior to that, he worked in the United Kingdom for the RAND Corporation, assisting in their research of Islamic terrorism while studying at the Cambridge Institute for the Study of Politics and Economics.

Adam lives in Oro Valley and currently attends Congregation Anshei Israel where he served as a Sunday school teacher. He volunteers teaching economics to high school students through the Junior Achievement Program. He serves as the Vice Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee and also sits on the Appropriations and Commerce Committees.
