How to contact the Arizona Ombudsman Citizen's Aide

We accept complaints over the phone, in person, by mail, fax, or e-mail. You can set up an appointment by calling us at one of the numbers below. However, many people either walk in or call to speak directly to an Ombudsman. The office is open weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm. Appointments can be set for other hours as well with prior notice.
