How to contact the Arizona Ombudsman Citizen's Aide
We accept complaints over the phone, in person, by mail, fax, or e-mail. You can set up an appointment by calling (602) 277-7292 or 1-800-872-2879. However, many people either walk in or call to speak directly to an Ombudsman. The office is open weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm. Appointments can bet set for other hours as well with prior notice.
