Page 77, between lines 31 and 32, insert:
"Sec. 135. Appropriation; department of economic security; child care assistance; fiscal year 2017‑2018
The sum of $8,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2017‑2018 to the department of economic security for child care assistance costs pursuant to section 46‑803, subsection D or F, Arizona Revised Statutes."
