             delayed repeal

A. On or before December 15, 2017, the Arizona board of regents shall conduct and complete a comprehensive cost study to determine the cost of educating a full-time resident undergraduate student at each of the universities under the jurisdiction of the board. The cost study required pursuant to this section shall include a detailed breakdown of the costs associated with educating a full-time resident undergraduate student. The cost study shall be submitted to the governor, the president of the senate and the speaker of the house of representatives.

B. This section is repealed from and after December 31, 2017."
