AN ACT
Amending Title 3, chapter 2, article 5, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 3-342; relating to pesticides.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 3, chapter 2, article 5, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 3-342, to read:
3-342. Prohibited pesticides
It is unlawful for a person to sell or use any of the following pesticides in this state:
1. Clothianidin.
2. Imidacloprid.
