FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION

 

1.    Removes all provisions of the bill relating to the mitigation of assessments, civil penalties, forfeitures and fines, bail procedures and the removal of court debts.

 

2.    Specifies a mandatory suspension or restriction of driving privileges applies to all persons who do not pay court fines, surcharges or assessments.
