FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
· Allows, instead of requires, a conservation easement holder to make an annual payment of monies in lieu of taxes on the reduction of value of the original parcel caused by the placement of the conservation easement.
· Expands the bill to all conservation easement holders, rather than just governmental entities that hold conservation easements.
