·         Requires the Ignition Interlock Device (IID) service provider to collect recorded information from IIDs in real time and transmit collected information to the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) daily.

 

·         Requires IID service provider reports to include any, rather than all, of the outlined reported information on a format determined by ADOT.

 

·         Restores the scope of a driver license restriction hearing to include two attempts made to operate a vehicle with an alcohol concentration, rather than three.

 

·         Makes technical changes.
