AN ACT

 

repealing section 41‑2662, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to the purchase of recycled materials.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Heading change

The article heading of title 41, chapter 23, article 12, Arizona Revised Statutes, is changed from "state agency recycling materials procurement program" to "state agency recycling materials program".

Sec. 2.  Repeal

Section 41-2662, Arizona Revised Statutes, is repealed.
