the requirement that a geologist be licensed under the Board of Technical
Registration and eliminates the definition of trained geologist.

Expands
the Department of Administration Study to include a review of the necessity of
each occupational license issued by state agencies.

Makes
technical changes that were made in the Rules Amendment.
