Requires a minimum investment of $200 million for a new data center to attain certification as a sustainable redevelopment project. Applies, retroactive to September 12, 2013, the addition of rented or leased equipment to the definition of computer data center equipment and the removal of the certificate presentation requirement. Makes technical and conforming changes.
