FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
Stipulates the Governor may appoint a new member to the Arizona Advisory Council on Indian Health Care within 30 days, if an existing member has three unexcused absences, instead of requiring the Governor to complete the appointment within 30 days of the third unexcused absence.
