Page 2, after line 21, insert:
“I. the director may not release to the public any personal identifying information of a physician who performs abortions in a licensed health care institution or abortion clinic. For the purposes of this subsection, “personal identifying information” means the physician’s name, residential address, telephone number and contact information as stated in the department’s records.”
