Page 68, after line 20, insert:

"Sec. 27.  Appropriation; department of education; basic state aid for school districts and charter schools; fiscal year 2015-2016

In addition to any other monies appropriated in fiscal year 2015‑2016 for this purpose, the sum of $336,500,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2015-2016 to the department of education for distribution of basic state aid to school districts and charter schools."
