Repealing section 17-202, Arizona Revised Statutes; repealing LAWS 2010, chapter 22, section 2; relating to The Arizona game and fish commission appointment recommendation board.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Repeal

A.  Section 17-202, Arizona Revised Statutes, is repealed.

B.  Laws 2010, chapter 22, section 2 is repealed.
