AN ACT

 

amending title 28, chapter 13, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 28‑5112; amending title 44, chapter 2.1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 44‑292; relating to vehicle businesses.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Title 28, chapter 13, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 28-5112, to read:

START_STATUTE28-5112.  Authorized third parties; secondary motor vehicle finance transactions; prohibition

An authorized third party and a person who conducts secondary motor vehicle finance transactions pursuant to title 44, chapter 2.1 may not conduct business within the same office space. END_STATUTE

Sec. 2.  Title 44, chapter 2.1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 44-292, to read:

START_STATUTE44-292.  Secondary motor vehicle finance transactions; authorized third parties; prohibition

A person who conducts secondary motor vehicle finance transactions and An authorized third party as defined in section 28‑5100 may not conduct business within the same office space. END_STATUTE
