Stipulates that up to $2 million may be appropriated to the State Treasurer for the purposes of the bill.

 

Specifies that the State Treasurer shall submit the results of the RFP process to JLBC for review.  After review by JLBC, any unused monies revert to the GIITEM subaccount.

Between lines 33 and 34, insert:

“B.  The state treasurer shall submit the results of the request for proposal to the joint legislative budget committee for review. 

C.   After review by the joint legislative budget committee, any unused monies revert to the gang and immigration intelligence team enforcement mission border security and law enforcement subaccount.”
