Page 1, strike lines 22 through 31, insert:

"B.  The superintendent and the management and supervisory staff, except for the superintendent of each school and persons contracted for personnel service and business and finance service, shall be persons who are must be competent educators of the deaf or the blind, or the multiply disabled and sensory impaired, and who are be acquainted with school management and class instruction of the deaf or the blind, or the multiply disabled and sensory impaired.  A person is eligible to be the superintendent, or hold a position on the management or supervisory staff except for the superintendent of each school and a person contracted for personnel service and business and finance service if the person has had actual experience as a teacher of the deaf or the blind or the multiply disabled and sensory impaired.  Beginning on January 1, 2016, the superintendent of each school must be a competent educator of the deaf or the blind, or the multiply disabled and sensory impaired, and be acquainted with school management and class instruction of the deaf or the blind, or the multiply disabled and SENSORY impaired.  Beginning on January 1, 2016, a person is ELIGIBLE to be the superintendent of each school if the person has had actual experience as a teacher of the deaf or the blind or the multiply disabled and sensory impaired."
