in fiscal year 2014-2015 by the same proportion that incremental monies for
state aid are reduced for school districts that are eligible for basic state
aid funding for fiscal year 2014-2015 and that school district budget limits be
reduced accordingly. "Incremental monies" means the
additional funding that a school district charter school receives under the
state K-12 equalization funding formula above what it would receive under that
formula if the school was a district noncharter school."
