The Crandell Floor Amendment reestablishes the ability of farmers and ranchers to use fireworks for agricultural purposes, modifies related records requirements and makes technical changes.

(iv) Citrus, fruit and vegetable license.
(v) Brand license.
(vi) Pesticide use license."
